A FEW WORDS ABOUT ATHENS

All ITA ON TOUR masterclasses will take place at ΧοΡοΧΡΟΝΟΣ (Horohronos Dance) – Orfeos 76 – 118 55 Votanikos Athens.
The Ballet masterclasses will be held by two important International Guest Dance Teachers:
- M°Valentino Zucchetti – First soloist at the Royal Ballet Company (London) – ITA ON TOUR AMBASSADOR
- M^Viola Vicini – Freelance artist in the field of contemporary dance and movement research. International Guest Contemporary Dance Teacher.
The INTERNATIONAL TALENT AWARD training also offers many additional opportunities. During the masterclasses M°Valentino Zucchetti and M^Viola Vicini will select and recommend talented participants for the following:
1. Notification to send without payment the video for admission to the Ballet and Contemporary Competition as soloist at the 𝕀ℕ𝕋𝔼ℝℕ𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ𝔸𝕃 𝕋𝔸𝕃𝔼ℕ𝕋 𝔸𝕎𝔸ℝ𝔻 Final which will be held in Italy – Cattolica from 18 to 21 February, 2027.
2. Admission to the Special Ballet Repertoire Masterclasses with ITA PATRON & AMBASSADOR 2027 Mr JULIO BOCCA Artistic Director of Ballet Estable del Teatro Colón
3. Admission to all 𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑨𝑼𝑫𝑰𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 for International Ballet Academies.
4. Admission to special masterclasses with ITA Guest Artists and Artistic Directors of International Ballet Academies.
5. Admission to the special workshop ITA 2027 ARTISTS IN RESIDENCE with choreographer Michele Merola – Artistic Director of MM Contemporary Dance Company. This is a 4-days intensive workshop in Cattolica from Thursday 18th to Sunday 21st February 2027 for students from age 15 and over. The participants will perform as a group in the Final ITA GALA 2027 that will take place in Cattolica at Teatro della Regina on Sunday 21st February 2027.

A few words about VALENTINO ZUCCHETTI
She began her dance studies at the age of four at the Enjoy Dance school under the guidance of Cristina Zatti.
At eleven his talent was so evident that he moved to Milan to study at the Teatro alla Scala academy, then moved to London at sixteen and graduated from the Royal Ballet School in 2007.
During her school years she won various prizes including the gold medal at the “Genè International Ballet Competition” and the Ursula Moreton choreographic competition. After graduating his career began with the Zurich Ballet, the Norwegian National Ballet and then in 2010 he returned to London to join the Royal Ballet company as first soloist
His repertoire is very vast and among others includes Lescaut (Manon), Lensky (Onegin), Espada (Don Quixote), Hilarion (Giselle), Bluebird (The Sleeping Beauty), Mercutio (Romeo and Juliet) and roles in Tarantella, Jewels, The Human Seasons, Symphonic Variations and many others.
He has created roles for Carlos Acosta, Kim Brandstrup, David Dawson, Alastair Marriott, Liam Scarlett, Heinz Spoerli and Christopher Wheeldon, among others.
His career as a dancer was soon enriched by choreographic experience which led him to begin a real career in this field. He began as a choreographer at the Royal Ballet School until choreographing Royal Ballet Draft works, for the Royal Ballet school, becoming associate choreographer in the company, New English Ballet Theater since 2017.
In November 2020 he made his debut on the stage of the Royal Opera House with the choreography Scherzo for the Royal Ballet company with soloists and first artists. The choreography subsequently becomes Anemoi which will be presented in 2021. Valentino is the first Italian choreographer to create pieces for the Royal Ballet.
A few words about VIOLA VICINI
Professional dancer at the Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, the Teatro Regio in Turin, and the Teatro Comunale in Bologna.
Full-time dancer with the following companies: Jas Art Ballet (Teatro Carcano in Milan), National Dance Company of Wales (Millenium Centre Cardiff), Ijad Dance Theatre (London), and Tavaziva Dance (London).
